When nothing is found — and it's still real
You've seen several doctors, the findings are unremarkable, and the symptoms are still there. This isn't something you're imagining. The body responds to sustained tension — and that can be worked with.
A familiar story
This isn't a list of diagnoses — it's a description of what people arrive with. The medical side is always assessed by a doctor.
- 01
"Everything's fine" — and no relief
You were examined thoroughly and nothing was found. The relief lasted briefly: the symptoms stayed, and there's no explanation for them.
- 02
The body responds to tension
Your stomach tightens before a difficult conversation, your neck hardens by evening, in stressful weeks the body speaks first.
- 03
Feeling you're not taken seriously
"It's psychological" often lands as "it isn't real". In fact the link between tension and the body is real and well described.
- 04
Sustained load in the background
Caring for someone, a job change, a separation, starting again in another country. The body often responds before it becomes conscious.
What's possible here — and what isn't
I'd rather say this directly than let expectations form wrongly.
**Medical clarification first.** Physical symptoms belong with a doctor first. That isn't a formality: my work does not replace medical assessment and does not make it unnecessary. If you haven't been yet, please start there.
**I don't treat, and I don't diagnose.** I'm a qualified psychologist working with the body — with tension, posture, breath and body awareness. This is neither psychotherapy nor medical care.
**What actually happens.** We look at how your body holds tension and what shifts when it eases. Most people describe it plainly: there's more room again — in the breath, in the shoulders, in how the day goes.
If I think a doctor or a psychotherapist would serve you better, I'll say so.
How the work is built
What's there
You describe what you notice in your body and when it gets stronger. Previous findings are welcome but not required.
